Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with FedEx, DHL and TNT.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

United States customers — important notice

Wilmok ships from Italy. As of 2025, the US government has eliminated the de minimis duty-free threshold, meaning every shipment to the United States regardless of value is now assessed import duty by US Customs and Border Protection.

US customers will receive a separate invoice from FedEx after delivery for import duties and a carrier disbursement fee. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wilmok has no control over the amount charged.

As a guide: silk ties and accessories typically attract a 10% import duty on the declared value, plus a FedEx disbursement fee of approximately $15 USD. On a $70-100 order, expect total customs charges of approximately $20-30 USD.

All other international orders

Wilmok is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders shipped outside the EU. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Wilmok is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
